What this license covers
Unless a different notice accompanies a photo, this policy applies to our gallery photographs. The maker named on a collection is the creator of the gingerbread work, not necessarily the photographer.
The photo license does not grant rights we don’t hold in depicted artwork, trademarks, or people, and it does not license the site’s software. The photographs are provided without warranties under the license.
CC BY permissions cannot be withdrawn from people who comply with its terms. This page summarizes the policy; the full CC BY 4.0 license governs.
